REQUIREMENTS
Class A CDL Double Endorsement Required(can obtain after application process)
21 years old and pass drug/alcohol screening
No convictions for Reckless Driving (DUI, DWI) within the past 5 yrs
No suspensions or revocations for a moving violation within the past 5 yrs
No more than 1 moving violation within the past 12 months or 2 in the past 3 yrs
No serious violations within previous 12 months
MUST HAVE NO LESS THAN 1 yr driving experience in past 3 yrs or 5 yrs in the past 10 yrs
