Self Storage Facility offering an opportunity for a full-time Manager. This position requires the ability to work independently, identify problems and implement solutions. Must have excellent customer service and basic computer knowledge along with the skills to perform basic maintenance duties on the property. Some Saturdays required. Competitive Pay starting at $14.00 per hour including medical and dental insurance with commission structure.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all storage rentals
Attract new tenants through marketing
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Supervise property staff
Collections of aged receivable accounts
Ensure the facility and ground a keep clean and orderly
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or other related fields
Familiarity with storage or apartment leases
Ability to build rapport with tenants
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
