Local law firm is scouting prospective mock jurors who would like to participate in Confidential Focus Group that will be taking place in the downtown Mobile area on March 20, 2019 and March 21, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The individuals will be presented with real case facts and asked to render a verdict. A signed waiver will be required by each participant (authorizing agency to video tape them during the presentation and deliberation process video tapes will remain confidential.) A detailed Juror Questionnaire will be filled out by each participant prior to the start of the Focus Group. The participant must be 19 years of age or older, and a legal resident of Mobile County, Alabama. Proof of residency may be required. If you are employed in the legal field (attorney, secretary, paralegal, investigator, or any other position) you are not eligible to participate (please accept our apologies).
Refreshments &snacks will be provided.
The compensation per participant will be paid in CASH when the Focus Group is complete.
