We are looking for a dedicated and passionate line chef to join our winning team. Sweet Mimi's Cafe & Bakery is an award winning upscale breakfast, brunch, lunch & bakery set in the historic Cafe Lena building. We are a bake from scratch, unique cafe serving the freshest farm to table ingredients available.
Must be reliable, dependable and trustworthy.
Must be able to execute a busy line in a fast paced kitchen.
This is a leadership role in a very busy kitchen with a staff of 6 kitchen employees.
A 2 year minimum line experience OR culinary degree. Willing to train the right candidate/recent graduate from a culinary program.
Experience working with vendors and placing & receiving orders is preferred.
Daytime hours, 7:00-4:00. Must be able to work weekends and SOME holidays.
Compensation range varies with experience.
