Position Overview:
The Sales Leader will be responsible for delivering satisfactory customer experiences through engagement and interaction with all customers. The Sales Leader will welcome those who enter the store, maintain an organized store environment, and adhere to brand standards. As a Sales Leader, you may be cross trained to work in multiple areas of the company.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers to the store
Exhibit exemplary customer service skills
Display organization skills and attention to detail
Work with a high volume of samples
Open and close the store, including handling cash and drawer counts
On occasion act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) and lead sales associates appropriately
Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor that adheres to company standards
Qualifications:
1 year related work and/or retail experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
Customer service experience is a must
Ability to lift packages up to 25 lbs.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance
Vision Requirements- ability to see information in print and/or electronically
Education Requirements:
Associates Degree or High School Diploma/GED preferred, but not required
