Southeast Management Company is looking for a self-motivated individual to be the Lead Property Manager for our Self-Storage Facility located in Montgomery, AL. At least 2 years of property management experience is required.
Duties and responsibilities of the job include customer service, retail sales, general marketing, out-of-the-office grassroots marketing, budget and expense control, debt collection, basic computer knowledge/skills, revenue management and basic property maintenance capabilities.
This is a Full-time position with a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, life insurance and 401k plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Onsite housing is NOT available.
