ParkMed is hiring a full-time Valet Manager to work at Baptist Medical (2105 East South Blvd, Montgomery, AL 36116).
Pay rate: $14/hr + tips (averages to $18/hr)
Responsibilities:
-Maintain a schedule for all employees
-Ensure that all shifts are covered
-Recruit, train, and supervise staff
-Communicate with headquarters regarding weekly hours, uniforms, and all related paperwork
-Find ways to improve the patient experience
Minimum Requirements
-Minimum of 2 years of management experience
-Valid driver's license with no outstanding citations or warrants
-Provide a DMV (driving records) report
-Pass with a clean background check and negative drug test results
-Able to work outside in all types of weather conditions
-Be vaccinated for COVID-19
Being able to drive a stick shift/manual transmission is a plus, but not required.
