Job Profile Summary
CAI Inc. is looking to fill the role of an advanced QA Analyst. This role requires the candidate to work on site.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Creating, implementing, and assessing an Enterprise Test Program and Strategy
  • Managing and monitoring the development of software tests for functional, performance and regression testing that include automated, ad-hoc, and manual testing elements
  • Test planning, test case development, and testing of Web-based applications
  • Proficient in Systems Development Life Cycle and Software Design Patterns
  • Proficient in project management methodologies
  • Skilled in the development of documents, detailed reports, and presentations
  • Skilled at communicating with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts as well a strong presentation skills
  • Work with multiple vendors’ in-person or virtual teams
  • Understanding of multiple project methodologies
  • Experience in all phases of the standard project management life cycle, CMS MITA, and OBC

Qualifications

Experience Required:
  • Automated testing experience
  • Project management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build team rapport
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction from State or other team members
  • Ability to work under pressure / to a deadline
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Experience Required
  • 5+ Years in directing and managing quality assurance programs
  • 3+ Years of experience as a test manager
  • 3+ years of experience in Medicaid or Major Health Care projects

Education Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for a degree.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
