Job Profile Summary CAI Inc. is looking to fill the role of an advanced QA Analyst. This role requires the candidate to work on site.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Creating, implementing, and assessing an Enterprise Test Program and Strategy
Managing and monitoring the development of software tests for functional, performance and regression testing that include automated, ad-hoc, and manual testing elements
Test planning, test case development, and testing of Web-based applications
Proficient in Systems Development Life Cycle and Software Design Patterns
Proficient in project management methodologies
Skilled in the development of documents, detailed reports, and presentations
Skilled at communicating with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts as well a strong presentation skills
Work with multiple vendors’ in-person or virtual teams
Understanding of multiple project methodologies
Experience in all phases of the standard project management life cycle, CMS MITA, and OBC
Qualifications
Experience Required:
Automated testing experience
Project management experience
Strong interpersonal skills to build team rapport
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direction from State or other team members
Ability to work under pressure / to a deadline
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience Required
5+ Years in directing and managing quality assurance programs
3+ Years of experience as a test manager
3+ years of experience in Medicaid or Major Health Care projects
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for a degree.
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
