Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist Overview of PositionThe primary responsibility of this position is to analyze, deliverables, procedures and overall quality of work performed. Regularly provides feedback to management to mitigate risks based on results in QA performance, identify and address gaps in our training materials, and recommend improvements while ensuring a consistent and optimal level of quality for all deliverables. What are the requirements needed for this position?2+ years of applicable work experience; preferably in business unit being audited

Strong personal computer literacy required including working knowledge of relevant software packages such as Microsoft Office. Hospital system knowledge is a plus (EPIC/ Cerner/ Meditech)

High School Diploma required, additional education preferred and/or equivalent experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Must be task oriented and have ability to prioritize multiple projects with competing priorities.

Ability to analyze documentation and perform data analysis

Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment.

Solution oriented when managing workflow, client or internal obstacles.

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job? General office demands. Remote office

How much should I expect to travel?< 25%
