Remote Senior Software Architect
Position Description

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Architecture and deployment for a centralized scanning management tool that will be used, long term, to display dashboards and be utilized as the central hub for scan findings and content
• Developing, practicing, and evolving all processes during the initial Observation and Practice Phase in preparation for transition to centralized operations during the Transformation and Evolution Phase
• Developing a scanning pipeline in Cloud One to minimally include code quality, security, composition analysis, SBOM, and quantitative software architecture analysis at the appropriate frequency
• Developing and implementing a process for building the executables for the releases of the pathfinder programs
• Developing and implementing a process to hash and continuously interrogate operational images and software supply chain artifacts within the Cloud One environment, and the approach should balance effectiveness and economics
• Develop automation code for regular testing and reporting of any security vulnerability findings
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Overall 10 years of experience in software development/architecture
• 5+ years' experience with System Design, Development, and Documentation
• 5+ years' experience with Coding, Modifying, Testing, and Implementing DevSecOps
technology solutions.
• Experience working with a team to identify, refine, and prioritize solution requirements
• Experience working with JAVA and AWS cloud architecture.
• Possess a strong command of software-automation systems (Jenkins).
• Possess a strong knowledge of databases and SQL (Structured Query Language).
• Possess a strong knowledge of tools like Git and other source code management
applications.
• Experience leading and influencing teams who consistently drive strong collaboration,
open communication and reaching across functional borders.
• Review, analyze, and recommend solutions / best practices and tools to improve the code
security scanning processes.
• Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship and a SECRET clearance are required
