ICF’s IT Modernization division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department, seeking a Senior Security Analyst to support upcoming needs with our federal customers.Our IT Modernization division is an information technology and management consulting department that offers integrated, strategic solutions to its public and private-sector clients. ICF has the expertise, agility, and commitment to design, build, and operate high-performance IT engines to support all aspects of our client’s business.The Team:The FDA Digital Services Center provides PaaS and SaaS offerings to the FDA and it's offices with a focus on delivering modernized, quality, software, as well as hosted services. The DSC works with multiple vendors to host applications and provide a platform utilizing industry best practices and standards. The DSC offers support services in the form of helpdesk support, application development support, and advisory support for the FDA offices. The WorkThe position requires knowledge of NIST Special Publications, FISMA, Project Management, Contract Reporting and basic project management. The successful candidate will have a demonstrate ability to systematize complex repetitive work, and work with a diverse team of IT professionals, Civil Servants, and other contractors.As the Sr. Security Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining portfolio and project related deliverables, including but not limited to:GSS ATO Audit Support
GSS ATO Compliance Checks
Project Minor Application Workbook Data
EPLC
Security Scanning Scheduling
Project Related budget analysis and tracking
Conducting Research
Coordination of team performance
Administrative Duties
Required Skills
5+ years of application security experience
Provides security engineering support in a DevSecOps environment leveraging in‐depth knowledge and expertise in FISMA/NIST requirements and applying them throughout an Agile SDLC.
Works within software development teams to document, design and implement solutions to federal security requirements.
Gathers and organizes technical information in response to security inquiries for ongoing programs.
Experience providing security support to a federal or an equivalent Enterprise Digital Service Center
Experience with vulnerability detection & validation
Experience monitoring intrusion detection systems
Work with threat intelligence sources to be aware of the continuously evolved cybersecurity threats, the latest remediation techniques, and the best practice.
Experience with incident response best practices & processes.
US Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
Must be able to obtain Public Trust security clearance
Preferred Skills:Relevant Security certifications such as CISSP
