Overview:Your footprint as a Sr. Associate will be to develop, test, plan and assist in the processes for the launch of the HR Knowledge Center and Employee Relations/Investigation teams while maximizing efficiencies among the various functions. Your main function will be to create process flows, map work streams, document, and design best practice. You are an influential contributor in collaborating with the owners of various HR Knowledge Center functions in long-term planning and roadmap development; as well as short term execution of projects and programs. You will develop the measurements that will define our success and enhance the employee experience by redefining our interactions.You will support the Employee Relations and Investigations Team in standardizing documentation and the investigative process. In addition, you will also be responsible for high profile, hands-on employee relations matters; including addressing high-level concerns and investigations in accordance with local and regional legislation. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners on complex and sensitive employment matters through to resolution. You will also represent the company as required in mediations and depositions and other legal matters.Responsibilities:Drive initiatives related to the HR Knowledge Center through the ideation, validation; to implementation, while maximizing efficiencies.

Document process flows and mapping of the practices within the HR Knowledge Center. Collaborate with HR Knowledge Center Leaders to share findings that can improve their performance and/or service level.

Collaborate with the owners of various HR Knowledge Center functions in long-term planning and roadmap development; as well execution of projects that will enhance the employee experience and allow Operations to better manage their business.

Support the Vice President, Labor Relations and HR Knowledge Center in creating and/or modifying meaningful KPIs and performance metrics to be utilized in our scorecard.

Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate on the teams defined to support them by providing insight based on past models and processes in order to identify gaps, and create new.

Conduct timely, objective, and thorough complex internal investigations including but not limited to allegations of harassment, discrimination, accommodation, and retaliation and prepare all required documentation as requested by the VP of Labor Relations and the HR Knowledge Center

You will support the Employee Relations and Investigations Team in standardizing documentation and the investigative process, as well as assist in defining the teams workflow based on caseload requirements.

Conduct high level escalations as needed in addition to acting as a company representative at mediations and depositions where required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or equivalent combination of experience and strong background in HR Process design/implementation preferred.

8+ years of Human Resources Experience with a strong background in Employee Relations, Escalations, Investigations, and mediations.

Capable of developing solutions to complex problems.

Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with management at all levels.

Must have the ability to identify metrics to consistently measure program status and effectiveness of implemented solutions

Driven by efficiency and solution based with the ability to communicate ideas and work towards implementation and realization.

Ability to work in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to do business with an absolute commitment to the TP USA Values.
