The Senior User Experience Design Manager will manage and lead a team of co-located and distributed designers working to create and improve B2B enterprise experiences for our Foundational Services value stream. The Senior User Experience Design Manager will provide thought leadership to help reimagine and reinvent experiences to power the 4IR (Fourth Industrial Revolution) that supports the workflows and needs of our customers across the LBGUPR (learn, buy, get, use, pay, renew) journey. The ideal candidate will establish a rich user experience strategy with high business impact. They will identify and drive opportunities to align design and user experiences across platforms and products that fall within our Foundational Services value stream.This is a fully remote role from anywhere in the US.The Main ResponsibilitiesOwn the overall end-to-end experience across the entire product – from the big picture to the specifics of feature flows.

Help define product requirements by collaborative brainstorming and high-level wireframing with partner teams.

Develop deep partnerships to set strategy, priorities, and resourcing.

Ensure quantifiable business impact via data-driven, informed, and people-centric design goals.

Find creative solutions to product, technical, organizational, and resource challenges. 

Manage and nurture a highly engaged and passionate team.

Foster collaborative partnerships between design and other functions.

Champion and promote UX research, design thinking, and other processes within an Agile organization.

Work with other Digital Experience leaders to continuously improve our methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria. 

What We Look For in a Candidate10+ years of user-centered design techniques and methodologies; 5+ years of people management experience.

Bachelor's Degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field.

You're an enthusiastic leader that commands respect and inspires people.

You've demonstrated success in creating a collaborative culture of Design, Development and Product.

You have a passion for user experience design with deep knowledge of leading methodologies and practices.

You possess an outstanding ability to communicate design ideas to Product and Development teams.

You have a proven track record of success in improving processes and communication throughout the product development lifecycle and across all levels.

You possess a proven ability to succeed in Lean and Agile environments.

You have experience operating in a matrix organizational structures.

You have experience designing for various form factors and environments including web, desktop and mobile.

You have a deep understanding of front-end web development and mobile development platforms.

You have a deep understanding of measurable success in coaching design teams to innovate across platforms.

You have experience working within an Agile team using SAFe.
