Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Worker to join our team, providing exceptional service in a dynamic food and beverage environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and experience in fine dining, catering, or food handling. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant setting, supporting various hospitality functions including serving, food preparation, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Duties
Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive dining experience
Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and delivering meals efficiently
Prepare and handle food items following safety and quality standards
Set up and tear down concession trailers, tents, and food trucks
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
Support dietary needs by assisting with special meal preparations as required
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Be able to stand for 14+ hours a day and lift up to 100 pounds
Skills
Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
Experience in concessions or catering is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with dietary accommodations and food handling protocols within the food industry

Must have a valid drivers license, be able to pass a comprehensive drug test, and travel from March - October.
