APPLYEssential Job Duties:
Plans, coordinates, reviews procedures and processes, to ensure shipment of materials from facility as well as receipt of inbound materials. Coordinates assignment of carriers of shipments.
Review paperwork to ensure order accuracy. Checks BO items on orders before orders are pulled to ensure complete shipments. Prioritize customer orders.
Review scheduled shipment reports to ensure all past due orders are priority. Responds to all communications from AEs/CSR promptly regarding order status.
Monitor daily workload to determine and notify manager if overtime or weekend scheduling is required. Exercise attention to detail.
Respond to all communications in a detailed manner, providing alternative solutions, where necessary. Investigate all inventory inaccuracies and billing issues and take appropriate action to correct issues.
Practice effective time management and multitasking skills. Communicate effectively per department/company expectations.
Exhibit leadership qualities. Handling employee related issues in a professional and confidential manner. Coach employees regarding mistakes/warehouse procedures.
Delegate workload to maximize employee/order fulfilment efficiencies.
   Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to perform math skills to include counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Must be able to think independently and make decisions corresponding to company policies and procedures.
Must have ability to have working knowledge of and perform keyboarding/computer data entry skills.
Must have ability to work effectively, efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced work environment.
Must have ability to function with minimal supervision,Must have personal integrity, ability to address multi-task work assignments, ability to communicate positively and effectively, and the ability to work in a positive manner to project a positive and professional image to those outside of the company, management staff, co-workers, and all other individuals and departments within the company.
Must have ability to have and maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Must have knowledge of SQDC and 5S methodology.
Knowledge in Microsoft AX or equivalent mainframe.
Proficient in MS Office.
Must have prior supervisory experience leading a team of more than 3 people.
ÂEquipment used to Perform Duties/ Physical Demands:ÂComputer, computer printer, calculator, office copier, telephone, forklift, hand jack, wrapping machine, Strapex machine, metal banding machine, tape machine, computerized scales. Must have the ability to lift, push, pull or move up to 70 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, pushing, grasping, and lifting.
Education/ Experience: High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent desired.ÂMust have at least 5 years experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with increasing responsibilities.
