Community Manager “

Responsible for managing the apartment community as a business unit to achieve pre-determined marketing and financial results. The Community Manager trains, supervises and motivates on-site office personnel.

Requirements “ On-site experience with at least 5 years as an apartment Community Manager. A degree and/or one or more of the industry recognized property management designations (ARM/CPM/CAM) is preferred. Excellent people skills. Must be strong team player with good communication skills and ability to manage time and set priorities. Must have a working knowledge of computers, finance, management and marketing. Must be capable of preparing and analyzing budgets/financial forecasts and working within a budget.

Assistant Community Manager -

Responsible for assisting Community Manager in overseeing property management for the complex by performing the duties personally or through subordinate supervisors/employees.

Requirements - One year experience in Payable/Receivables. Leasing experience, management training and sales experience are desirable. Excellent people skills. Must be strong team player with good communication skills and ability to manage time and set priorities. Knowledge of bookkeeping, business math, accounting, management and marketing. Must be computer literate and be able to use office equipment.

Leasing Consultant -

As the first impression of the property, you must present a level of professionalism and unparalleled customer service! Markets, shows and leases apartments to prospective residents. Maintains an accurate and updated inventory of apartments available to rent, a list of prospective residents and a list of current information concerning renewals. Establishes rapport with each prospective resident, determines his/her needs and desires and presents the community in a manner that addresses those needs and desires. Schedules appointments for showing market-ready apartments, overcomes objectives, obtains commitment to lease and follows up on undecided prospects. Assists in the collection of rent and other monies due and processes service requests for maintenance service.

Requirements - Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Prefer a minimum of two years previous experience in leasing and/or sales.

Service Supervisor “

Responsible for preserving and maintaining the physical facilities and grounds within the community. Assists in all aspects of the communitys maintenance, including grounds, custodial, preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.

Requirements “ Fifth year college or university program certificate; or four years in a service position at an apartment community and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. EPA Certification “ Universal Level; HVAC certification;. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds; highly detailed and organized; Team player, good attitude. Must be results oriented and a self-starter. Organization skills and attention to detail are essential. Must be flexible to work some weekends and holidays and available for emergency after hours calls.

Service Technician -

Assists the Service Supervisor in preserving and maintaining physical facilities and grounds within the community so that they are safe and aesthetically appealing to residents and prospective residents by performing the following duties.

Requirements - EPA Certification - Type I and Type II required. One year in a service technician position at an apartment community or a related position required. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds; highly detailed and organized; Team player, good attitude. Must be results oriented and a self-starter. Organization skills and attention to detail are essential. Must be mechanically inclined. Must be flexible to work some weekends and holidays and available for emergency after hours calls.
