Full Job Description
Part-Time / On-Call. Depending on the performance and the eagerness to grow with the company, a Full Time position will be offered.
Can work on a short notice.
Will be assigned to work in the Field to check for possible houses that can be put into contract with the seller.
Would represent the company in working directly with homeowners and identifying properties to acquire that meet our buying criteria.
Travel required within Montgomery, AL or other parts nearby.
Responsibilities
Taking pictures of subject properties
Taking walkabout exterior video of subject properties and full 360 of neighborhood
Assess condition of lead properties.
Responsible for site negotiations
Target and drive specific neighborhoods.
Take smartphone or tablet and build a list of properties.
Putting up lockboxes / bandit signs
Opening doors for cash buyers
Ability to estimate Rehab and to create Scope of Work
Responsible for marketing boots on the ground
Communicating effectively with all parties involved
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years work experience.
Must be a “People Person” and enjoy looking for ways to provide solutions.
Must have a valid driver’s license & insurance.
Must have a car.
Compensation
$50 / house + 10% commission from the assignment fee.
7 to 8 houses a month.
Other Field Managers across Alabama and Georgia is doing 5K-8K per month.
