Meet budget census goals and quality payer mix.
Meet goals of marketing appointments as determined by Regional Sales & Marketing Director.
Assists with explanation of rates, charges, services.
Develop successful relationships with referral sources (hospitals, physician groups and others) in person
Manage the referral and inquiry process by tracking all referrals and inquiries.
Convert referrals into admissions timely.
Ensure that the back-up team is in place so that external marketing can be done.
Conduct tours of the facility.
Develop a tour script so that department heads and back up can tour in your absence.
Complete and maintain all required reports on time.
Conduct weekly marketing meetings.
Complete Quarterly Marketing Plan.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations that pertain to admissions and marketing.
QualificationsOne to two years’ experience marketing in the long-term care setting.
General understanding of medical terminology.
Possess the skills and temperament necessary to deal with customers, medical personnel, employees and community.
Have a valid driver’s license.
