Responsibilities

  • Provide the full spectrum of advisory services expected of a consultant while belonging to a collaborative team dedicated to excellent client service.
  • Provide support for multi-disciplined facilities engineering, design and construction project management, construction inspection and monitoring, facilities commissioning, facilities sustainment engineering, facilities disposal, technical research, surveying activities and special project management.
  • Overall requirements will include facilities life-cycle management, siting, site activation planning and programming, design, engineering, construction oversight, sustainment, demolition and disposal, deployment, and integration for geographically dispersed locations.
  • Assist the client to effectively plan, site, program, and acquire facilities and capabilities that meet mission requirements worldwide; support the management of the real property portfolio and lease program; and support the management of the facilities plan for future mission requirements.
  • Support the site Activation Planning, Deployment, and Integration for Real Property Buildings and Infrastructure.
  • Support business development and internal team initiatives.
  • Continue career development in data science software, methods, and consulting.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are REQUIRED to be considered for this role:

  • BA/BS degree in Engineering, from an ABET accredited university, with 7 years of relevant experience
  • An ME or MS degree in engineering plus five years of relevant engineering experience may be substituted for the seven years of relevant engineering experience requirement.
  • A BS degree in engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) license plus five years of relevant engineering experience may be substituted for the seven years of relevant engineering experience requirement.
  • Capable of providing engineering support for planning, design, construction, and maintenance/sustainment of the physical and natural environments, and the administrative and mission facilities and infrastructure of the Agency.
  • Possess technical and engineering theoretical knowledge for an engineering discipline.
  • Capable of providing daily supervision and direction to support teams.
  • Candidate needs a secret clearance with the ability to upgrade to top secret.

The following Skills/knowledge/experience are PREFERRED for this role:

  • Top-secret clearance
  • Experience working in the Missile Defense Agency space
  • 3-5 years of experience with facilities lifecycle management
