Maintenance Technician Position Now Available (The Links at Tuscaloosa - Tuscaloosa, AL)

Maintenance Technicians provide the essential services necessary to maintain high standards at our Resort-style Apartment Community, located on a beautiful golf course with fabulous amenities included. We are seeking an individual with prior maintenance experience to fill a current opening at The Links at Tuscaloosa.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES – Maintenance Technicians work under the direction of a Community Director or Resident Manager. Responsibilities assigned to this position may include:

• Responding to resident maintenance requests

• Cleaning and maintaining apartment units, pool area and grounds

• Conducting property inspections

• Moving furniture; and,

• Handling all other duties assigned including actions to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must live on-site

• Must pass credit and criminal background check and drug screening

• Must have valid driver's license
