Independent Property Maintenance Contractors Needed

Vacancy expired!

360 Property Preservations, Inc. is seeking Independent Contractors to complete contracted work in the state of Alabama (you must identify which counties you would like to service). You must have experience in property maintenance. At least 80% of work orders will include winterizations, lock changes, debris removal, maid services, initial cleaning, board ups, minor property repairs etc. Please see Services listed on our website, www.360propertypreservations.com, to determine whether you would be a good fit for our company as an Independent Contractor.

If you are able to lead teams and would like to be considered as a team lead and/or trainer, please include that info on your email response to the email listed below. Also, include if you currently have a General Contractors License or Subcontractors License for the state of AL of any other surrounding states (GA, MS, TN, FL).

Compensation:

Compensation is based on work orders/pre-approved line items completed/negotiated contract amount (pay schedules vary per client from 1 to 3 weeks). Generally, there is opportunity to make more money with the clients with longer pay schedules. Please let us know if you have any issues with this as you may not be able to take work from some clients!

-must be able to utilize email and be somewhat technologically savvy

-must be able to complete work orders timely and efficiently

-must be able to follow directions concerning photo requirements (Before, During and After) for ALL work orders (IMPORTANT: Adhering to photo requirements will determine whether payment is received for work orders!)

You will be an Independent Contractor and not an employee, which means you will be solely responsible for paying your own taxes as they will not be automatically taken out of your check as employers do for employees. Please keep this in mind and prepare accordingly.

Please send an email to recruiting@360propertypreservations.com with “Interested Preservation Contractor” as the subject along with your availability for a short call. Also include the counties that you can provide coverage in as well as services you are able to provide from those listed on our website and outlined above in the initial paragraph. We are seeking to cover as many counties in Alabama as possible and plan to expand to other states soon. - TN , MS , GA , and FL.
