Office assistants needed for busy service oriented office. Work may consist of Internet research, note taking, individual projects and lots of phone interactions. This position is the eyes, ears and hands for the service individuals while they are on the road providing our services to clients.
You must be able to work on many projects at once and able to return to those projects not finished as time allows. You should be organized and able to handle many things thrown at you all at once while prioritizing to accomplish the duties.
This is a challenging but rewarding position for those able to manage the work flow.
