NOW HIRING: Service Technician- HVACR and Cooking Equipment
JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide repair/install services and parts, preventive maintenance, and warranty work for HVAC, refrigeration, commercial cooking and other equipment in restaurants, hotels, nursing homes, schools, stores and more.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
ï§ Must have 2+ years experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Cooking equipment
ï§ Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
ï§ Personal Tools (Company provided major tools and equipment)
ï§ Excellent customer service and communication skills
ï§ Clean professional appearance, good work ethic, and positive attitude
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ï§ Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair the following: commercial HVAC, Refrigeration and cooking equipment
ï§ Complete minor electrical, minor plumbing, and general building maintenance
ï§ Perform on-site preventative maintenance, emergency repair, and general repair on equipment and property
ï§ Possess mechanical/electrical skills; Ability to read wiring diagrams/schematics; Ability to read a volt meter
ï§ Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
ï§ Manage time to effectively complete service calls
ï§ Provide daily reports and communicate regularly with store managers and supervisor
ï§ Manage truck inventory; maintain accurate records
ï§ Ensure timely reporting of invoices, weekly time sheets, fuel log, and other necessary paperwork
ï§ Maintain clean and organized company vehicle; Service vehicle on routine basis
ï§ Flexibility to work overtime, on-call, and weekends, as required
