Recycling office in Anchorage is now hiring an Entry Level Part Time (15-20 hours per week) Accounting & Admin Assistant. Hours are somewhat flexible but must be performed during the work week of Mon-Fri, between the hours of 9am-3pm and in the office at minimum 3 days per week. Working remotely is not available for this position.
MUST be able to pass pre-employment drug test & background check.
Essential Duties:
Process Accounts Payable
Assist with filing & file maintenance
Other clerical & accounting duties as assigned
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years work experience in an office setting performing data entry and filing duties.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook (test may be given in all areas)
Minimum Level of Education: High school diploma or equivalent
