CHAZ LIMITED COLLISION EXPRESS is Alaska’s leading collision repair provider. We are seeking an experienced, full-time, accounts payable and payroll coordinator to perform accounting and administrative tasks.

Duties include but are not limited to; accounts payables, GL entry, invoice entry, adjustments, follow AP schedule for vendor disbursements, reconcile vendor statements, bank and credit card recs, process payroll, upload to bank, pay taxes, manage PTO and holiday accruals and payouts, issue garnishment checks, perform research, bank deposits, and keeping on top of credit memos owed from vendors. This position is also responsible for data entry, company file maintenance, assisting with human resources duties, and answering phones. Reports to the Controller.

The ideal candidate will be personable, prompt, and detail oriented, possessing a valid AK Driver's license and strong organizational skills. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged, private, and sensitive information. Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office applications is also required. Candidates must pass an accounting test before moving on to the interview.
