Summary: Provide financial and administrative support for the management of multiple construction projects including the development of status reports, project invoices, subcontractor invoice processing, and project performance assessment. The candidate will be involved in budget control as well as estimating and cost management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares financial reports and provides assistance in coordinating administrative activities as directed by a Project Manager.

Establishes and maintains professional relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.

Provides financial, project performance, vendor, subcontractor, and other required information to project managers, and executive management.

Supports Project Manager in the timely submission of project deliverables.

Provide general contract and subcontract administration.

Prepare subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders, and other job-related actions. Prepare, organize, and maintain subcontract records and files documenting contract performance and compliance.

Support Project Manager in logistics and scheduling deliveries to remote job sites.

Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

BS in Construction Management, Accounting, Engineering or related field.

1-3 years experience with Architecture-Engineering, Construction services.

Experience and knowledge of the Alaska and Federal government markets is a plus.

Capable of working independently and with a group on multiple projects with schedule and budget constraints.

Strength in oral and written communication is a plus.

Organizational management and communication skills.

Software Experience: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint); Primavera or Accounting Software a plus.

Physical Demands: Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. Will require walking; primarily on a level surface, for periodic times throughout the workday. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents, or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. Will occasionally climb and descend one story of stairs.
