WHO THEY ARE:
A locally owned Home Care company looking for an experienced Finance Manager. They have been around a long time and are known for their healthy work environment.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Qualified candidates will be helping build budgets, manage expenses as well as have timely responses to reports and audits. You will be processing payroll and auditing timesheets. You will establish and maintain all financial policies/procedures. You must be compliant under all Medicaid Regulations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
2+ years experience in management
Must possess a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and over the telephone
Well-organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
High energy level, enthusiastic, positive outlook, and the ability to multi-task
Willingness to work hard and have the flexibility for overtime.
