FINANCIAL CONTROLLER / Wasilla, Ak / Full Time / Salary DOE
Gage Tree Companies is seeking an experienced Financial Controller. The controller will update company financial policies and develop new financial policies to help meet or exceed our companies financial goals. The successful candidate will collaborate with the upper management team to determine more effective ways to handle funding, tax issues and growth financing. The controller must have a strong accounting background, must be current on Tax Laws and be QuickBooks certified. Travel to out of state locations in Florida and New York are required.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and review financials for company:
Monitor account receivables
Manage all account payables
Cashflow management
Collection management
Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses
Produce and present financial reports:
Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly reports
QuickBooks management for:
Payables/Receivables
Tax filing
Payroll
Other:
License & insurance management
Payables Contract management
Other duties as assigned
