Treeforms Furniture Gallery, Inc. - Established retail furniture company is looking for a full charge bookkeeper / office manager.
This is a great position for someone with solid track record who is looking to grow with the company.
You must be detail oriented, well organized, able to multi-task, and communicate professionally with our suppliers, business associates and co-workers. Experience with Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook is necessary. Solid experience in bookkeeping / accounting and willingness to learn integrated POS software with accounting module is a must!
Duties & daily processes include but are not limited to:
Management of office support staff
Accounts Payable
General Journal Entries
Payroll
Quarterly Filings, W-2, 940
Depreciation
Bank account reconciliations
Financial metrics analysis
AA in accounting required, Degree preferred.
