Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer
Create and maintain customer relationships to generate mortgage leads and convert them into satisfied customers.
Must have the following skill set:
Must be NMLS Licensed
Ability to assess customer needs, explore all lending options and introduce different types of loans
Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
Keep current with all products and market changes
Maintain continuing education requirements
Maintain and update account records
Develop referral networks,
Go the "extra mile" to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the loan process
Operate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
Promote yourself and the company in the best practices of lending integrity
