Kendall Toyota of Anchorage has an immediate opening for an Accounting Clerk to join the team!
This accounting position works directly with our purchasing team. Position requires 1+yrs solid Accounts Payable experience; auto dealership experience is preferred.
Duties will include but are not limited to processing DMV paperwork, pre-stocking incoming vehicles, purchasing vehicles, supplies and forms inventory, file room organization, posting invoices, G/L account reconciliations for assigned accounts, special projects as assigned, and general office clerical tasks.
Ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills, be organized, accurate, efficient, enjoy a high energy office, be enthusiastic, have a positive outlook, have the ability to multitask and be proficient in ten-key touch.
