Our growing Service Business Development Center is looking for ambitious, goal oriented individuals to join our growing team as an appointment coordinator for our service department. Previous call center/customer service experience required. Looking for upbeat and enthusiastic communicators. Assist customers with information

Respond quickly to customer requests

Oversee CRM databases for communication cycles

Educate self on company communication policies

Outbound calls and emails to prospective customers

Prepared to interact with customers via phone and email

Be available to respond to service inquiries in a professional manner
