Seeking friendly and outgoing person for a long term, full-time customer service position
Assist in the customer service and operation departments.
Process incoming orders documentation, update customers files.
Answer phones, place orders for customers, act as receptionist, and fulfill walk-in requests on a daily basis.
Employee will assist in other duties as assigned in and outside the office.
Employee must have:
Experience working in fast-paced team environment
Must have ability to manage multiple tasks, and prioritize
Excellent internal and external customer service skills
Excellent telephone etiquette and oral and written communication skills
Sales experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Attentiveness, professional appearance, initiative, loyalty, positive attitude and dependability
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Ability to operate standard office equipment and type at 35 w/per min.
Must have clean driving record and be able to pass background check.

$14-$17 to start D.O.E
