Access Alaska Inc. is looking to Hire an Wasilla Office Program Manager. An ideal candidate will have experience in the Human Service field, have great customer service skills, maintain confidentiality, protect HIPAA related information, have strong administrative skills, leadership management and supervisory skills, be able to maintain multiple deadlines, being strong in the area’s onboarding, training, and off boarding of new and active employees, and consumers.

Essential Functions: Administration, supervision and management of all aspects of the Consumer Directed Personal Care (CDPCS) and Independent Living Program. Able to structure, organize and maintain the CDPCS regional office to meet the needs of the current Consumers. Growth of the regional office through outreach/marketing. Onboarding and off board of new and existing Staff and DSP’s. Will represent Access Alaska and the CDPCS Program though participation with related committees and groups. Oversite of the Direct Service Providers, Supervision and management of Program Associates. Sets/Attends; face to face or Team’s meetings with Program Associates CDPCS Director and other internal and external entities. Quality assurance of all files, reports, timesheets, hiring document, intake documents and information for the regional office to be shared internally or the State and Federal agencies.

Position Requirements: BA or BS in Human and Social Service or equivalent work experience. Understanding of Consumer Directed Personal Care Services and Independent Living models. Two (2) years or more of supervisory and management experience. Knowledgeable of nonprofit Medicaid programs. Aware of EVV and able to learn training Direct Service Providers and Consumers on process and procedures to a high level of function and correctness.

Hourly Rate: $20.48 to $25.84

Full Time Non-Exempt
