This is a fantastic opportunity to help design, implement, and maintain fire protection systems to safeguard our clients’ facilities and personnel. You will integrate with multidisciplinary engineering teams in various regions to develop comprehensive fire safety plans, develop strategies to mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.This is an onsite, office-based position in Anchorage, AK.Duties and responsibilities:Works on multiple projects simultaneously, proactively collaborating with team members and clients to resolve technical challengesDocument fire protection design requirements in engineering reports and feasibility studies.Supports other market sectors on design projects as workload dictatesPrepares clear and concise written communications and participate in client and team meetingsConducts site visits across Alaska to review and document facilities and project progressAssist in designing fire suppression systems, fire detection and alarm systems, and smoke control systems.Provide construction support, review submittals, and conduct acceptance testing.Support senior engineers in project planning and execution.
