well as administrative supplies and space requirements for the
Region.
Plan, establish and prepare schedules for subordinates.

QualificationsEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: (OPM Operating Manual,
Qualification Standards for Administrative and Management positions,
GS-2003).SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS-13: I have at least 1 year of
full-time specialized experience or the equivalent, comparable to at
least the GS-12 in the Federal Service (obtained in either the
public or private sector). This experience must include maintenance
of supply program operations and property management accountability,
government-owned or leased real and personal property, vehicles,
office space, equipment, inventory control, utilization and disposal
activities. Managing, directing, or administering a supply program
involving various technical supply functions or administrative work
such as analyzing, developing, evaluating, or promoting improvements
in the policies, plans, methods, procedures, systems, or techniques
of a supply program.All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of
this announcement.Merit Promotion candidates must also meet time-in-grade requirements
