Position DescriptionWhat does a great Technical Consultant do?You will do projects, consultation, configure, analyze data, test and train for the installation/implementation of new products, mergers and migrations for existing clients and conversions of new clients within Credit Union Division as assigned.In this role, you can expect to:

Project Management - Interact with internal company and external customer/third party resources to ensure quality, efficient timely completion of project implementation.

Business Process Analysis - Analyze data on format and content to assess current client business processes and requirements.

Quality Assurance - Performing or monitoring varied validation and/or troubleshooting efforts between infrastructure engineering, coding, data validation, testing.

Communication - Communicate status of project with senior associates, managers and client.

Client Training - Ensure the intended use of the product or service and realization of benefits expected

Process Improvement - Provide input to improve implementation checklist, process and procedures.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.

Minimum: 2 years’ experience managing projects, product installation/configuration and/or training in the financial service industry or closely related industry experience.

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

3+ years of credit Union or banking experience

2 years’ experience with general ledgers, accounts payable, fixed assets and check reconciliation highly preferred.

Subject Matter Expert level knowledge of two or more products/functions of the system

Works independently and assists other associates to drive quality and staff development

Be able to work in a fast paced environment and transition efficiently from project to project and multi-task effectively.

Has demonstrable skills in organizing and managing tasks and projects

Exhibits leadership skills and a professional appearance and demeanor that generates confidence in customers

Able to stay ahead of on Company products, policies, procedures and system enhancements
