Alyeska Resort, Alaska's premier year-round Resort, is seeking a Busser. This position is responsible for the clearing off and cleaning tables.
Job Responsibilities:
Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.
Wipes table tops and chairs with damp cloth.
Replaces soiled table linens and sets tables with silverware and glassware.
Replenishes supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room.
Serves beverages to patrons.
Sweeps and mops floors.
Assists wait staff as needed
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous restaurant experience preferred.
Must be 16 or older in order to comply with state alcohol regulations.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
Must work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
