Wasilla Youth Baseball - Concession Vendor
The Wasilla Youth Baseball (WYB) league is searching for a qualified organization/individual to provide Concession Services at the Smith Fields on KGB Road for the 2019 season (May through August). Concessions will be provided for the weeknight games & several weekend tournaments. Some equipment is provided (Freezer, Fridge, cooking appliances, sinks, register, drink coolers etc). The concessionaire would need to provide food, supplies and employees to operate the concession stand.
The objective is to award a Concession Agreement at the WYB Baseball Fields for one year, with an option to extend upon mutual agreement with the selected Concessionaire and the WYB Board of Directors to a qualified Concessionaire who will accomplish the following:
Providing highÂquality prepared food with outstanding, efficient, and friendly service at reasonable prices.
Provide and install any additional furnishings and equipment not already in place to create an attractive and inviting concession.
Display awareness of the demographics and special needs of the community the concession serves.
Work in unison with the WYB Board of Directors and appointed volunteers during the normal course of business and as problems arise.
Any interested individual or company shall demonstrate the ability to perform in this type of business, clearly articulate achievable plans for operation, and document compliance with appropriate laws and regulations.
