Settlers Bay Lodge is looking for a motivated, hardworking and positive individual to join our team. Must be fast on their feet and possess the ability to remain calm in high-stress situations. As a cook, you can expect to work closely with the rest of the kitchen staff, along with the servers to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to;
⢠Prep workstations with necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
⢠Cooking food in various utensils or grillers
⢠Portion, arrange, and garnish food in a timely manner
⢠Inspect preparation and serving areas to ensure safe, sanitary food-handling procedures
Qualifications
⢠Must have previous cooking experience
⢠Must have an open schedule with no limitations
⢠Able to meet the physical demands of working in a busy kitchen
⢠Enjoys being part of a team
