Hearth Artisan Pizza is looking for experienced line cooks to join our dynamic Back of House team! We use the world renowned Renato wood fired oven to cook our amazing pizzas, along with a variety of appetizers and seasonal specials. Paired with exceptional wines and an ever changing tap beer list, our goal is that our guests have an inviting place to gather and relax while enjoying our handcrafted menu. We are looking for:
-2 years line/prep cooking experience
-Ability to multi-task
-Ability to keep up in a fast paced environment while staying calm
-Organizational skills
-Strong knife skills
-Hand stretch pizza (will train for a strong candidate)
-Team player
-Positive Attitude
All applicants will need a Municipality of Anchorage Food Handler's Card. Full time and part time shifts available. PAY = DOE
