Assisted Living Home needs full time and part time Caregivers/ Housekeepers. Evenings and Weekends. No daytime or sleeping shifts. Pays $12.00 - $14.00 (based on performance and dependability).
Responsibilities include direct care, medication assistance, meal preparation, house keeping, etc.
Experience working in assisted living or nursing homes or private duty is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Experience working with adults with mental or developmental disabilities, dementia, traumatic brain injury; knowledge about behavior management and redirection is a plus.
All our residents are ambulatory and require only moderate standby assistance with ADLs.
Employees must speak, understand, read and write English effectively. Must have a dependable car and driver's license, must have current CPR/First Aid certification and a recent TB test/neg X-ray. Finger printing and a national background screening are required. This is a Tobacco, Drug and Alcohol Free work place.
