In-Home caregiver position working one-on-one with independent quadriplegic male client. We’re looking for a good fit, rather than a quick fix. Hoping for a good working relationship that will be maintained for more than just a few months. Below are weekly days/times, daily needs of the client and some requirements for the position.
Weekdays: Monday-Friday
Hours: 9am-4pm (35 hours/week)
Or
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday
Hours: 10am-5pm (14 hours/week)
DAILY ADLS
Personal hygiene
Toileting & bathing
Dressing assistance
Bed/chair transfers
Range of motion
Meal prep/cooking & feeding
Turning/position change
Light cleaning
Basic errands
Driving (vehicle provided)
REQUIREMENTS
Pass a background check and finger prints
CPR & First Aid (can assist to get)
Driver’s license & reliable transportation
PCA experience preferred
References
Participate in training
Fluent English
Long term employment
Able to lift 50+ lbs
Respectable and able to communicate with others
Starting pay would be $16/hour.
