We are looking for a front desk receptionist for our new Physical Therapy Clinic. Approximately 30-40 hours a week. Applicant must be flexible Monday through Friday. Please apply in person at Arctic Chiropractic: 1734 Prospect Drive in Palmer.
Job duties include: Greeting patients, checking in patients, checking out patients, scheduling appointments, accepting payment as needed, submitting insurance to billing, scanning patient documents, filing patient documents, faxing evaluations to clinics, keeping track of referral and term dates, checking inventory, ordering supplies as needed, general cleaning of entire office, social media posts and visits to referral sources when time allots for it to thank them for their referrals.
As a small clinic, the ideal candidate would be fluid to flow from desk to clinic to assist Doctor as needed. We like to create a fun atmosphere for our patients and strive to build rapport with each one to assure that each visit is as unique as they are. This also makes it a rewarding place to work as everyone you come across ends up being more like family.
Hours are flexible based on case load. If you are productive you are always welcome to stay full business hours and adjust as needed based on case load that is already scheduled.
