Medical Practice Operations Manager
Busy and growing, multi-specialty, private medical practice is recruiting an exceptional candidate to oversee day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include:
Front Office and Clinical Operations:
Ensure receptionists, medical assistants, and providers are performing duties according to protocol
Implement and train staff on new processes
Lead and support staff: solve problems that arise
Oversee document management, appropriate coding and data entry, and EMR functionality
Promote excellent customer service practice to support our patients to have an optimal overall experience
Maintain quality assurance
Facilities Management:
Manage inventory and equipment maintenance
Manage various contractors/vendors to enable smooth office operations
Work closely with other practice departments (billing, marketing, etc) to meet common goals
Human Resources:
Manage payroll
Track staff performance and conduct annual performance review
Manage employee benefit program
Oversee hiring/dismissal of staff including disciplinary actions

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in a related field strongly preferred
Certified Medical Manager (CMM) or Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) an advantage
Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative processes and principles
Knowledge of human resource management principles and practices
Knowledge of medical issues and terminology
Knowledge of applicable regulations and state and federal laws
Computer skills including knowledge of relevant software
