Help Wanted – Spray Tech/Crew Lead
Looking for a full-time employee willing and eager to be a key player in a small company. Required to have 3-5 years minimum existing construction experience. Candidate will be trained into duties involving spray foam application and concrete/foundation lifting, which include (but not limited to) driving/operating a spray truck, spraying polyurethane foam, lifting concrete/driving helical piles, running a 1-3 man crew, etc.
Candidate must be dependable and timely, have solid communication, possess a good attitude, and be a team player. This position will require the ability to problem solve as needed depending on different job situations he/she might find themselves in. some mechanical aptitude recommended. Must have reliable transportation.
This can at times be a physically and mentally demanding position, so please keep this in mind when applying.
Starting pay $15-$30/hr DOE.
Benefits include: PTO. No health insurance/401k options at this time.

We wish to hire local, so applicant must reside in the Matsu Valley.
