Faltz Landscaping, Inc., is a residential and commercial design-build landscaping company located in Anchorage, Alaska.
We have an IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor. This full-time, seasonal (Thru Mid-November) positionâs responsibilities consist of management and related tasks in the maintenance division of Faltz Landscaping, Inc. Bonusâs offered for return employees, open 7 days a week â great potential for overtime!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
⢠Communicate with clients, employees, and suppliers with respect and professionalism
⢠Exercise supervision to insure professional quality, image and performance standards are met.
⢠Insure compliance with company policies and procedures
⢠Purchasing and transportation of project materials and supplies
⢠Operation and maintenance of commercial mowers, line trimmers, blowers, power trimmers, power edger, pole saws, pruners and trucks
⢠Working with, training and supervising crew members
⢠Maintaining and forwarding time sheets, receipts and records
⢠Communicating clientâs comments and requests to General Manger/President
⢠Monitor to insure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
Requirements:
⢠Necessary documentation for legal hire
⢠Approved job references
⢠Approved Alaska Driverâs License and insurable
⢠Reliable personal transportation to commute to work and visit job sites
⢠Experience in the complete supervision of landscape maintenance projects in our service area, and management of personnel

Salary â DOE up to $33.00 for the right person
Actual individual pay will be dependent on experience, job performance, professional attitude, and proficiency criteria with a potential of quick advancement. The length of this position may vary according to seasonal, business, or client requirements.
