Anchorage based manufactures representative and distributor of industrial products. Company in operation since 1967. Seeking a detail oriented inside technical sales representative.
Products include; switch gear, heat trace, batteries, drives, instrumentation, pumps, flares and valves. A diverse product offering sold to all industrial and commercial users in the state of Alaska.
The position is for inside sales. Responsible for quoting products, answering customer questions, documentation, entering and shipping purchase orders.
Some travel for training in products is required
Qualifications:
Inside sales experience and or technical back ground.
Duties:
-Responsible for customer technical questions related to all products
-Responsible for coordinating with outside sales
-Responsible for quoting customer requests for products.
-Attending sales and or product training classes offered by manufactures
-Entering orders
-Maintaining appropriate inventory levels
-Shipping of orders
-Documentation
