We are excited to grow our Family Contact Services program. We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive employees who will make a difference in the lives of the families we serve. Our program focuses on parent coaching and feedback while maintaining safe family time for families with children in OCS custody. Current openings include:

Case Manager - Full time positions to provide case management and parent coaching and feedback to families in a home-like setting. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Education, Social Work, Sociology or closely related field and one-year successful experience in family issues including; parenting support, parent education, child development, child management, child abuse including sexual abuse and neglect, crisis intervention and domestic violence. Preferred Qualifications: One-year additional experience with a background in family mediation, working with families in a home-based setting, and a clear understanding of high-risk family dynamics.

Family Contact Facilitator - Full and Part time positions to provide parent coaching and feedback for family time that takes place in a home-like setting. Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s degree in education, social work, sociology or related field. One year successful experience in family issues including; parenting support, parent education, child development, child management, child abuse including sexual abuse and neglect, crisis intervention and domestic violence. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and one year additional experience in family mediation, proven parenting support services and a clear understanding of high-risk family dynamics.
