Administrative Assistant

Position Description:

This position is a split position that will be responsible for general administrative office duties as well assisting the Community Association Manager in oversight of homeowners and condominium association management. This is currently a part time position with 15-20 hours a week with potential for additional hours and career development as our company grows. This would be an ideal position for a college student or who is looking to begin their career in the real estate management industry.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Filing and clerical work for all departments

• Running office errands as needed

• Responding to resident communications as assigned

• Assist in preparation of documents as assigned

• Assist in the account setup of new clients for both rental and association management departments

• Assist in on site inspections as required

• Assist in the preparation of budgets

• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with a wide variety and diverse set of clients

• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

• Proficient organizational skills

• Ability to conduct exterior and interior inspections involving all weather conditions and multi-story

buildings

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior experience with property management software is a plus

but not required

• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation

• Have the ability to obtain an Alaska real estate license within one year of employment
