Administrative Assistant
Position Description:
This position is a split position that will be responsible for general administrative office duties as well assisting the Community Association Manager in oversight of homeowners and condominium association management. This is currently a part time position with 15-20 hours a week with potential for additional hours and career development as our company grows. This would be an ideal position for a college student or who is looking to begin their career in the real estate management industry.
Responsibilities and Duties:
⢠Filing and clerical work for all departments
⢠Running office errands as needed
⢠Responding to resident communications as assigned
⢠Assist in preparation of documents as assigned
⢠Assist in the account setup of new clients for both rental and association management departments
⢠Assist in on site inspections as required
⢠Assist in the preparation of budgets
⢠Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
⢠Strong customer service skills and ability to work with a wide variety and diverse set of clients
⢠Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
⢠Proficient organizational skills
⢠Ability to conduct exterior and interior inspections involving all weather conditions and multi-story
buildings
⢠Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior experience with property management software is a plus
but not required
⢠Possess a valid driverâs license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
⢠Have the ability to obtain an Alaska real estate license within one year of employment
